In October 2004, at the A.L.C.I. National Landscape Awards in Belfast, Dollymount Gardens was awarded the “Best Commercial Grounds Maintenance Contractor” for the ongoing work on Clontarf Castle Hotel, on Castle Avenue, Clontarf.

This follows the award of the Bog Oak Trophy (the Supreme Award) to our sister company Clontarf Landscapes in 2001 for the work at 31/33 Merrion Road (an apartment development) beside the British Embassy in Ballsbridge.

Below is a curiosity of Mary Harney (“smoke free” Environment Minister) awarding John Suttle for the Landscape work at “The Elms, Mount Merrion Avenue, Blackrock” in 1989. Dollymount Gardens landscaped the development over a five year period and maintained the development for the following few years.
